05. I believe my item is too big/small and is mislabeled, what do I do?

Factory mislabeling is extremely rare. To verify if your item has been mislabeled, we will need to receive the item in order to investigate and measure it according to our product specifications. Please contact our returns department within the timeframe outlined in our return policy and send the item back to us. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If we determine that the item has indeed been mislabeled (based on precise measurements matching our product specifications), we will be happy to replace the item and ship it to you.

Please note that we do not consider an item mislabeled based solely on a customer's opinion. We conduct a thorough inspection process for all returns of this nature. Any mislabeled items are reported back to our factory to prevent future occurrences. Thank you for your understanding.
