02. I have an item to return; how long does it take to be processed?

To expedite your return, please log into your customer account, navigate to the "Orders" tab, and select "Return Items." We encourage you to use the pre-paid return label included with your order for convenience and discounted rates.

Refunds or store credits will be issued only once Dainty Jewell’s has processed and completed your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and sorting once your return is received at our warehouse. You will be notified by email when the process is complete.

Please note, not all returns will be approved. Items that are washed, worn, heavily scented, have pilling, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.

*Please be aware that if you use a Dainty Jewell's pre-paid label, processing time may be longer due to shipping times from FedEx.
